Muscle Cramp??

Went to see doctor just now.. err.. not the normal doctor but chinese doctor (sifu).. for what?? My leg lar.. what else??

lol.. he checked my pulse.. and the answer was muscle cramp.. treated a little.. but I'm not sure how's it now.. going to try run a bit tomorrow and see the result.. hope its okay..
